SSB Constable is Following 4 Steps for the Selection.

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

 4.8 km Race in 24 minutes for Male Candidates.

 2.4 km Race in 18 minutes for Female Candidates.

Note:- No PET test for Ayah Female Post.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Male Candidates

SSB Constable Height - 170cms

SSB Constable Chest - Minimum-80cms

Minimum Expansion - 5 cms

Female Candidates

SSB Constable Height - 157cms

SSB Constable Chest - NA

Minimum Expansion - NA

2. Written Examination

 Candidates who have Qualified in Physical Standard Test called for written Examination.

Duration of Time - 2 hours

Number of Questions - 100

Maximum Marks - 100

General Knowledge - 25 marks

Mathematics - 25 marks

Reasoning- 25 marks

General English/General Hindi-25 marks
